At our head office at Ca.S.T.Im. 2000, we recognise the need to establish and maintain a Quality Management System which is applied to any and all activities carried out by our company as well as to the products and services supplied.


Keeping in mind our companies operations and strategies, by using the Quality Management System, our directors strive to develop the following guidelines:


  • Ensuring that the our client's requirements, whether they be the mandatory ones or those of our client themselves are identified, defined and satisfied in order to increase customer satisfaction with particular commitment to meeting product performance requirements, for delivery times as well as after sales service.
  • Guarantee and increase the level of "Flexibility and Speed" in the relationship with the Customer, which has always distinguished us;
  • Making sure risk factors are checked which may affect the expected business results and the sustainability and growth of our company over time.
  • Ensuring safe and suitable workplace to increase the awareness, skill and involvement of staff.
  • Developing a continual improvement system to ensure QMS effectiveness.
  • Ensuring a constant commitment aimed at the continuous improvement of processes, products, performance of the organization by applying the "risk based thinking" approach and the PDCA-Plan_Do_Check_Act model..

Our QMS works alongside and incorporates other business management tools to achieve an ever higher added value generated by the work and processes involved.

To ensure the development and maintenance of the QMS, the Directors at Ca.S.T.Im. 2000 will endeavour to create appropriate organisational and interpersonal conditions within the company.

The requirements and detailed rules of how to implement activities described in this document outline the Quality Policy at Ca.S.T.Im. 2000. and as such, require staff assigned to the work in question to fully comply regarding their respective skills and responsibilities.

Our Directors will endeavour to disclose, make clear and apply the contents of the Policy to all staff working for the organisation and also make it available to any interested parties through publication on our company website and also through the following actions:

  • periodic meetings with departments
  • presenting the quality policy - basic company principles in visible locations

Our Quality Policy and quality objectives defined are reviewed every year by our Directors, during the Quality Management System Review, in order to make sure that they are suitable.
